Return Policy

Apparel & Footwear Returns will have 30 days to request a return, to get a refund or exchange as long as the items are in "Original condition"

** with Receipt of purchase. Clearance items are FINAL sales. ( See below at REFUNDS section.) Beauty products will have 14 days to request a return**, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

  • Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and send you the right one without any cost.


  • Exceptions / non-returnable items 

 Certain types of items cannot be returned such as: bra's, panties, swimwear, clearance items, cosmetics, skincare, & haircare. Unless you have received the wrong items/or approved for a return.


  • Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method which takes 7-10 business days to go back to your original payment method. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@marielkimxo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. WARNING! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted & sent back!

 

**to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
