We want you to LOVE every item you get from Mariel Kim XO! If something isn’t perfect, we’re happy to help you with a return or exchange.
🕒 Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After that window, items are considered final sale.
📦 What Can Be Returned
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items, bundles, kits, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
📩 How to Return
1. Email us with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and send it on its way.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
💸 Refund Details
- Refunds are issued for the product price only.
- Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Defective items must be reported promptly with receipt.

Online orders may be returned at our retail location within 14 days of delivery.
Items must meet online return eligibility requirements.
