We want you to LOVE every item you get from Mariel Kim XO! If something isn’t perfect, we’re happy to help you with a return or exchange.

🕒 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After that window, items are considered final sale.

📦 What Can Be Returned

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items, bundles, kits, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

📩 How to Return

1. Email us at hello@marielkimxo.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and send it on its way.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.

💸 Refund Details

- Refunds are issued for the product price only.
- Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

📬 When Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 7‑14 business days after we receive your return.

✨ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with pictures, and we’ll make it right.
