Enjoy free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $70 (before tax, after discounts). Free shipping applies when Standard Shipping is selected at checkout.
Gift cards do not count toward the free shipping minimum unless purchased with other items.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
🚚 Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM EST & Saturday before 12pm EST ship the same day
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email ✨

Local to us? Select In-Store Pickup at checkout to skip shipping.
Orders are typically ready the same day or next business day. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
📍 Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require reshipping at the customer’s expense
- If we make a mistake, we’ll resend your order at no extra cost
📦 Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mariel Kim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if needed.
